As 2018 approaches, I am thinking about goals for my health and the new year. I often get off track with my eating and exercise during the holidays, and this year has been no exception. To reset, I will be doing a round of Whole30 in January! If you’ve been a follower of my blog, you know how much I love Whole30 approved recipes and the clean eating lifestyle. After completing a round last year, I was hooked on the concept of eliminating processed foods as much as possible.
If you are new to Whole30 and curious about the theories behind the program, check out whole30.com and read It Starts With Food. Believe me when I say this can be a life changing program! 30 days and I promise you will feel like a new person! I won’t say it’s easy, but it is totally worth it!
I begin January 2 and am already preparing my meal plans and weekly meal prep. If I can share one tip from my past experiences with this program, it is to Plan, Plan, Plan!! Being prepared with meal plans, pre-made food, and plenty of options is key!
