- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (2%)
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce (or Gluten Free coconut aminos)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until blended, creamy, and smooth. Serve immediately or store in a mason jar in the refrigerator.
