Welcome Clean Eating Challengers! I’m so excited to get started! Here you will find your Week One Menu with Meal Prep and Shopping List. Links to all recipes are listed below along with a printable menu.
Week One Tips
Snacks are suggestions only and are totally optional. Please note they are not included in the shopping list.
Don’t forget to drink lots of water! Sip all day and aim for at least half your body weight in ounces.
Daily movement is highly recommended. Make it a priority to walk, exercise, stretch, practice yoga, etc. for at least 20-30 minutes per day.
