Clean Eating Meal Prep Guide & Whole30 Meal Plan (Week 4) – Weekly Meal Prep tips featuring clean, whole food recipes with a bonus meal plan and shopping list for Whole 30 program followers or those wishing to kick start a clean-eating lifestyle!

We are in the home stretch of our January Whole30!  Week 4 is upon us and if you have also been following along on this plan, you’re probably feeling pretty great about now and maybe also having some killer cravings…or some combination of the two!

If you’re just joining us, this is where I publish a weekly clean eating meal prep guide.  For the month of January, these guides have been entirely Whole30 focused.  The recipes you find here are all simple, family-friendly, and most importantly, delicious!  They are all Whole30 compliant but you don’t have be following Whole30 to enjoy this meal plan!

A quick Whole30 disclaimer for any newbies…The Whole30 concept aims to eat only clean, unprocessed foods for 30 days, much like a Paleo diet.  No dairy, sugar, grains, or soy.  After the 30 days are up, certain food groups are slowly reintroduced in order to determine their true effect on your system.  Check out the book,  The Whole 30: The 30 Day Guide to Total Health and Food Freedom for more info.

I’m excited to reach 30 days so I can fully assess the results and share them with you.  Here’s what I know so far…

  1. My pants fit better.
  2. I’m on a much healthier sleep schedule and feel rested.
  3. My whole family is making healthier choices on a daily basis.
  4. I don’t feel hungry!
  5. We have saved tons of money by not eating out.
  6. I’m sick of doing dishes a zillion times a day.
  7. I’m ready for a glass of wine.

The first five are without a doubt Non-Scale Victories!  The last two I’m just keepin it real…no sugar coating here! 😉  It hasn’t been easy, but I wouldn’t exactly call eating tons of delicious, nutritious food “hard.”  Head over to my Insta account and stories to see what I’m eating everyday!

Once again, my Instant Pot is my best friend when prepping ahead and cooking meals during the week.  It’s getting a workout and saving me tons of time!  Still keeping things on the simple side and family friendly since my husband is doing this round with me and the kids eat whatever we’re eating for breakfast and dinner!
