Homemade Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing – this dressing is a cinch to make, low in fat, and super flavorful!

Made with low fat Greek yogurt, fresh lemon juice, garlic, and just a touch of avocado oil, this dressing is tangy, super creamy, and  a delicious addition to salad greens or shredded chicken.  You can’t go wrong with a homemade dressing that is this easy to make.

Homemade dressings are also a great way to incorporate the clean eating lifestyle into your family’s routine.  I love that this recipe contains extra protein from the yogurt, fewer calories, and no sugar or yucky additives found in store bought dressing.  If you love this Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing, try this Asian Sesame Dressing, which is also sugar free and absolutely delicious!

This recipe is a great addition to Meal Prep Sunday.  I like to have easy and healthy options ready to go for my lunches during the week and this dressing is perfect paired with some Instant Pot Shredded Chicken and prepped salad greens.  These portable containers are great for packing individual servings of dressing!

How to Make Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

My favorite method for making this dressing is also the easiest! Simply combine all the ingredients in a food processor blender and puree until completely smooth.

You could also combine everything in a bowl and whisk. I prefer the food processor method for making it super creamy and silky but either method is great!

Variations on Greek Yogurt Caesar Dressing

Use full fat Greek yogurt if desired.

I like to substitute coconut aminos for the soy sauce.
