Paleo Fudge Pops – a classic summertime treat, these fudge pops are deliciously healthy and super easy to make with only three ingredients! Dairy and refined sugar free.
Bring on summer and all the frozen treats! With the warm weather finally here, I had to share my favorite recipe for Paleo Fudge Pops. My family absolutely loves them and I’m pretty sure you will too! They are creamy, cold, fudgy and totally hit the spot on a warm summer day!
I came up with this recipe because I needed a dairy free/low sugar treat that I would love and feel good about giving to my kids. As much as I love ice cream, dairy in general is not my friend. Coconut milk was the logical stand in because it is the perfect creamy replacement for dairy and doesn’t upset my tummy. These Paleo Fudge Pops would also be a great addition to a ketogenic diet, using a keto friendly sweetener in place of the honey.
I made these Paleo Fudge Pops using just three ingredients. Coconut milk, cocoa powder, and honey are all that you need to whip these up and they are delicious! They may be a healthy treat, but they taste like the real thing. Craving a cold sweet treat? This recipe will satisfy your sweet tooth without the guilt.
Here are the popsicle molds I used – I love them!
