- 1.5 lb ground turkey
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 egg beaten
- 2/3 cup marinara sauce divided
- 1.5 teaspoons Homemade Mediterranean Seasoning see recipe below
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 12 cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Combine ground turkey, oats, egg, 1/3 cup of the marinara sauce, and seasoning. Mix well.
Roll mixture into very large meatball shapes and add each to the muffin tin.
Flatten the top of each mini meatloaf slightly. Spread a spoonful of the remaining marinara sauce over the top of each mini meatloaf.
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Let cool slightly and remove mini meatloaves from muffin tin.
