  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lite soy sauce (or Gluten Free coconut aminos)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon avocado or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste

Instructions
