  • 3 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2.5 teaspoons garlic powder divided
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • avocado oil spray
  • 1/3 cup grass fed butter melted
  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan


  • In a small bowl, sift together the baking powder, sea salt, pepper, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
  • Pat the wings dry with paper towels, Place in a large bowl and pour the seasoning mixture over the wings. Toss well to coat.
  • Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spritz with avocado oil.
  • In batches, cook the wings at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip wings and cook for another 10 minutes, or until desired doneness.
  • While wings are cooking, make the sauce by combining the melted butter, grated parmesan, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • Toss wings in the sauce and garnish with additional parmesan and parsley if desired.
