Dark Chocolate Almond Clusters with Sea Salt (Gluten Free) - simple and easy to make and perfect for the holidays and gift giving!
Servings: 20 pieces
- 1 1/4 cups dark chocolate chips or chocolate of your choice
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 1 1/2 cups raw whole almonds
- kosher sea salt
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a glass bowl in the microwave (30 second increments) or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth and silky.
Stir in the almonds. Drop clusters of chocolate almonds by tablespoons onto wax paper. Sprinkle with sea salt.
Let set/harden and store in an air tight container.
