  • 3 lb whole boneless, skinless turkey breast
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Blackened Seasoning see recipe below
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup water or broth


  • COmbine blackened seasoning and salt in a small bowl.  Rub all over the turkey breast.
  • Pour the water in the bottom of your Instant Pot.  Add the trivet to the pot and place the turkey breast on the trivet.
  • Cook on Manual setting for 30 minutes.  Allow natural release.
  • Remove turkey breast and let cool.  Place in the refrigerator to chill completely (for 1-2 hours.)
  • Slice the turkey to desired thick/thinness.
