  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1.5 cups self rising flour
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Everything Bagel seasoning see recipe below


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  • Combine yogurt and flour in a large bowl, mixing until forms a sticky dough.
  • Sprinkle flour on a clean surface and knead the dough for 1 minute, adding more flour as necessary to prevent sticking.
  • Divide dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball and poke a hole through the middle. Stretch into a bagel shape and place on the baking sheet.
  • Brush the tops of each bagel with water or a little egg wash. Sprinkle bagel seasoning on top. Bake for 24-26 minutes on the top shelf, until lightly golden brown.
