- 1/4 cup avocado oil
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons homemade garlic salt seasoning blend see recipe below
- 1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cubed or beef kabob meat
- 1 large yellow onion cut into chunks
- 2 bell peppers cut into chunks
Thread beef cubes, onion, and bell peppers onto skewers. Lay Skewers onto a large baking sheet.
In a small bowl, combine the oil, coconut aminos, and garlic salt blend. Whisk well and pour over the skewers. Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Preheat a grill to medium high heat. Place skewers on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning throughout.
Homemade Garlic Salt Seasoning Blend:
3.5 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon sea salt
1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
1 tablespoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons dried garlic flakes
Combine and store in an air tight container. Use on roasted potatoes, veggies, meat marinades, or any time you need a flavor boost!
