- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
Wash and scrub the potatoes. Blot dry with paper towels and pierce the skins with a fork several times.
Drizzle the oil over the potatoes and rub with your hands to coat the skins evenly.
Add the potatoes to the Air Fryer basket and sprinkle with the kosher salt.
Bake for 30-35 minutes and check for doneness. The potatoes should not still feel firm to the touch. If using very large russet potatoes, additional cooking time will be needed.
