  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400 degrees.
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes. Blot dry with paper towels and pierce the skins with a fork several times.
  • Drizzle the oil over the potatoes and rub with your hands to coat the skins evenly.
  • Add the potatoes to the Air Fryer basket and sprinkle with the kosher salt.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes and check for doneness. The potatoes should not still feel firm to the touch. If using very large russet potatoes, additional cooking time will be needed.
