Chocolate Peanut Breakfast Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1/2 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup ground flax
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Press mixture into lightly greased 8X8 dish. Refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into bars. Store bars in refrigerator.
