Ingredients

  • 6 ounces sushi grade tuna
  • 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or light sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
  • 1/3 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 small avocado diced
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 teaspoon furikake or white and black sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Cut tuna into 1/2 inch cubes. Place in a bowl.
  • Mix coconut aminos and sesame oil together and pour over tuna chunks. Let sit.
  • Dice the cucumbers, pineapple, and avocado.
  • Build bowls by dividing rice, tuna, cucumbers, avocado, and pineapple evenly between two bowls.
  • Sprinkle furikake on bowl if desired.
