- 6 ounces sushi grade tuna
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or light sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/3 cup diced pineapple
- 1 small avocado diced
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 teaspoon furikake or white and black sesame seeds
Cut tuna into 1/2 inch cubes. Place in a bowl.
Mix coconut aminos and sesame oil together and pour over tuna chunks. Let sit.
Dice the cucumbers, pineapple, and avocado.
Build bowls by dividing rice, tuna, cucumbers, avocado, and pineapple evenly between two bowls.
Sprinkle furikake on bowl if desired.
