- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos or light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 4 tablespoons warm water
Combine all ingredients (except water) in a small bowl or mason jar with lid.
Whisk well until smooth or shake vigorously if using a mason jar.
Add 2-4 tablespoons of warm water and continue to whisk or shake until the dressing reaches your desired consistency.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed (for sweetness, etc.)
