Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup ground walnuts see tip below
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup raw honey
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup raisins

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Place in the refrigerator until they are set and firm, then add to an airtight container for storage.
  • Store in the refrigerator.

Notes

To make ground walnuts, place 1 cup (or more) walnuts in a food processor and pulse until they are a crumb like size and texture.
