Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl, combine tomato, avocado, and balsamic dressing. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet, brush lightly with olive oil, and cook for 6-8 minutes, until toasted. Let cool.
In a food processor, combine ricotta, feta, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt. Pulse until smooth and creamy.
Smear whipped ricotta on baguette slices and top with marinated tomatoes and avocadoes. Sprinkle with kosher salt if desired and serve.
