- 1 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips optional
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine peanut butter, brown sugar, beaten egg, and oats in a large bowl. Stir well to form a dough. If desired, stir in mini chocolate chips.
Roll dough into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Using a fork, flatten the tops of each dough ball.
Bake for 12 minutes. Cookies will spread very little. Let cool on the baking sheet.
