- 16 ounces wild caught salmon filets cut into 4 4 ounce portions
- avocado oil spray
Make the Blackened Seasoning (this is 1/2 of my original recipe)
Pat salmon filets dry with paper towel and liberally rub seasoning on the flesh and sides of each filet (use just enough to coat the salmon - you'll likely have extra, save it for future recipes)
Prepare Air Fryer basket by spraying with avocado oil or lining with parchment liners. Arrange filets in the basket so they are not touching. Spritz lightly with avocado oil spray.
Cook at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Check for doneness (145 internal temp and should flake easily.)
