  • 3 bell peppers red, green, and orange (or any combo)
  • 1 small yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Fajita Seasoning see recipe below
  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken into equally sized chunks or strips.
  • Cut the bell peppers and onion into equally sized chunks or strips.
  • Toss chicken, peppers, onions, oil, and seasoning in a large bowl.
  • Arrange mixture in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing at least once throughout cooking.
