- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 3 bell peppers red, green, and orange (or any combo)
- 1 small yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Fajita Seasoning see recipe below
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
Cut the chicken into equally sized chunks or strips.
Cut the bell peppers and onion into equally sized chunks or strips.
Toss chicken, peppers, onions, oil, and seasoning in a large bowl.
Arrange mixture in the basket of the air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing at least once throughout cooking.
