- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2.5 teaspoons garlic powder divided
- 2 teaspoons sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- avocado oil spray
- 1/3 cup grass fed butter melted
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan
In a small bowl, sift together the baking powder, sea salt, pepper, and 1 1/2 teaspoons of garlic powder
Pat the wings dry with paper towels, Place in a large bowl and pour the seasoning mixture over the wings. Toss well to coat.
Place wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spritz with avocado oil.
In batches, cook the wings at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip wings and cook for another 10 minutes, or until desired doneness.
While wings are cooking, make the sauce by combining the melted butter, grated parmesan, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
Toss wings in the sauce and garnish with additional parmesan and parsley if desired.
