Garlic Cilantro Hummus

Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can chickpeas garbanzo beans
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  • Combine chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, cilantro, and salt in a food processor. Pulse until well combined.  
  • Slowly stream in olive oil until a creamy consistency. Serve with veggies, crackers, pita chips, etc.
