Instructions
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix well (do not overmix).
Roll mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Place baking sheet in freezer for about 10 minutes to flash freeze the meatballs. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Bake meatballs for 13-15 minutes until cooked through.
