- 14 ounce refried beans
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon homemade taco seasoning see recipe below
- 1 large avocado mashed
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped black olives
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup grated raw cheddar
In a small bowl, mix the yogurt and taco seasoning. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix the mashed avocado, lime juice, and salt.
Spread the refried beans into a 9 inch pie plate (or similar sized dish)
Spread the yogurt mixture on top of the beans. Spread the avocado on top of the yogurt.
Arrange remaining toppings on top. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
