Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, yogurt, applesauce, coconut oil, eggs, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla.
Gently stir frozen blueberries into flour mixture to coat them.
Add flour mixture to wet ingredients and fold until combined.
Pour batter into loaf pan coated with baking spray (I like the kind with flour added.) Bake for 55-60 minutes.
