Ingredients

  • 1 lb turkey tenderloin cut into large chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce for non-Whole30
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Instructions

  • Whisk together olive oil, coconut aminos, Dijon, rosemary, and garlic. Pour over turkey and let marinate for at least one hour. 
  • Thread turkey onto skewers and grill over medium heat, turning throughout, until cooked through.
  • Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place marinated whole turkey tenderloins in a shallow baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, until turkey reaches internal temp of 165 degrees.
