- 1 lb turkey tenderloin cut into large chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons coconut aminos or low sodium soy sauce for non-Whole30
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic minced
Whisk together olive oil, coconut aminos, Dijon, rosemary, and garlic. Pour over turkey and let marinate for at least one hour.
Thread turkey onto skewers and grill over medium heat, turning throughout, until cooked through.
Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place marinated whole turkey tenderloins in a shallow baking pan and bake for 20-30 minutes, until turkey reaches internal temp of 165 degrees.
