- 16 oz. package Chicken & Apple Sausage, sliced (Aidells brand or other compliant brand)
- 1 lb yellow potatoes, cubed
- 1 lb fresh or frozen green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic salt seasoning see recipe below
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large baking pan with parchment paper. Place potatoes, olive oil, and seasoning on the sheet pan and toss to combine. Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven, add chicken sausage and green beans to the pan and toss well. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
