Sheet Pan Sausage and Potatoes (Paleo Whole30) - this super simple one pan dinner of chicken sausage, potatoes, and green beans is healthy and family-friendly, a weeknight winner!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. package Chicken & Apple Sausage, sliced (Aidells brand or other compliant brand)
  • 1 lb yellow potatoes, cubed
  • 1 lb fresh or frozen green beans
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt seasoning see recipe below

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Line a large baking pan with parchment paper.  Place potatoes, olive oil, and seasoning on the sheet pan and toss to combine.  Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove from oven, add chicken sausage and green beans to the pan and toss well. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until potatoes are tender. 

Notes

Homemade Garlic Salt Seasoning Blend Recipe:
3 tablespoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried minced garlic
1 tablespoon coarse black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt
