In a large skillet, cook onion, red pepper, and mushrooms in olive oil and butter for 5 minutes.
Add ground turkey, garlic, paprika, cumin, and salt and cook until meat is browned.
Add broth, yogurt, and red pepper flakes and bring mixture to a boil.
Add pasta and cover, simmering for 8-10 minutes and stirring occasionally, until noodles are cooked. Stir in parsley and top with parmesan cheese if desired.
