- 3 lbs ground turkey
- 2 cups shredded zucchini about 1 large
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1/2 Tablespoon pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Form into patties and place on a large baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Place in freezer until frozen through. Store frozen patties in a freezer bag until ready to use.
To cook, grill thawed or frozen burgers over medium high heat until cooked through.
