  • Place all ingredients (except oil) in a bowl and combine well.  Form mixture into patties.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over  medium high heat.  Cook patties, flipping once throughout cooking, about 4 minutes per side, until browned.
  • Drain patties on paper towels.  Repeat with remaining patties, adding more oil to the pan as necessary.
  • Serve immediately or store in refrigerator.  Patties also freeze well.
