  • avocado oil spray

Instructions

  • Coat the chicken thighs with the seasoning, rubbing it in on all sides.
  • Arrange chicken thighs in the Air Fryer basket and spritz lightly with avocado oil spray.
  • Cook at 380 degrees for 12-15 minutes, or until internal temperature reached 165 degrees.
