Air Fryer Cajun Fries with Garlic Aioli - these addictive spicy fries are made with very little oil in the Air Fryer and served with a tangy, garlicky aioli for dipping. The perfect snack or side dish!
Peel potatoes and cut into sticks. Place in a bowl and cover with water. Let soak for at least 15 minutes, up to 1 hour.
Drain the water and lay the potatoes on paper towels. Blot all excess water from the potatoes until they are dry.
Place potatoes in a bowl with avocado oil and cajun seasoning. Toss well to coat.
Preheat Air Fryer to 380 degrees. Spritz the basket of the air fryer with avocado cooking oil spray (or use a parchment liner.)
Place potatoes in the basket and cook at 380 degrees for 18-20 minutes (tossing the fries every 5 minutes) or until the fries are to your desired doneness.
Remove and toss with additional cajun seasoning if desired.
Garlic Aioli
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Mix well and refrigerate until ready to use.
