- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon Homemade Seasoned Salt see recipe below
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
In a small bowl, combine the seasoning, oil, and lemon juice.
Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning/oil mixture and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes (longer is fine!)
When ready to cook the chicken, remove from the refrigerator ad let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Arrange chicken breasts in the Air Fryer and cook at 370 degrees for 6 minutes.
Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 4-8 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chicken) or until internal temp is 165 degrees.
