- 3.5 lb whole chicken
- 2 tablespoons Homemade Seasoned Salt see recipe below
Pat the chicken dry with paper towels on all sides.
Rub the Seasoned Salt evenly all over the skin of the chicken and spritz lightly with Avocado Oil Spray.
Place the chicken breast side down in the basket of the Air Fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Flip the chicken and continue cooking for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (use a meat thermometer to check between leg and thigh.)
Let the chicken rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
