Ingredients

  • 3.5 lb whole chicken
  • 2 tablespoons Homemade Seasoned Salt see recipe below

Instructions

  • Pat the chicken dry with paper towels on all sides.
  • Rub the Seasoned Salt evenly all over the skin of the chicken and spritz lightly with Avocado Oil Spray.
  • Place the chicken breast side down in the basket of the Air Fryer and cook at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • Flip the chicken and continue cooking for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees (use a meat thermometer to check between leg and thigh.)
  • Let the chicken rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
