Weekly meal plans include 1 Grab-and-Go Breakfast, 1 Make Ahead Lunch, 4 Simple Family Friendly Dinners, and 1 optional Skinny Snack/Sweet Treat.  That leaves plenty of wiggle room for the inevitable impromptu craving, leftovers, or dinner out!

Set aside just a little time on Sunday to prepare your Grab-and-Go Breakfast and Make Ahead Lunch for the week.  Don’t forget to prep your veggies for weeknight meals and snack bags for kid lunches.  These steps save so much time during the week.  Happy Meal Prepping!
